I found myself plagued by persistent injuries that seemed resistant to healing, casting a shadow over my daily life. It was at this point that McTimoney chiropractic was recommended to me. To be honest , my expectations were modest, and even after my initial appointment, I remained cautiously sceptical.Yet, the very next day, something remarkable happened. My mobility improved, the pain lessened, and for the first time in months, a sense of hope began to return.Subsequent treatments allowed me to participate in the marathon with relatively little pain.However, the most unexpected and profound change was the relief I experienced in areas of my body I had long accepted as 'normal for me.' This revelation prompted me to take a transformative step away from the NHS and Swedish massage therapies, and instead, I embarked on the journey to become a chiropractor.Outside of the chiropractic world I love to keep fit, cycling, dancing, trampolining and exploring the great outdoors.
