I first turned to yoga—eventually becoming a qualified instructor—which sparked a deeper interest in movement, recovery, and the body’s ability to heal. Seeking relief, we visited a McTimoney chiropractor, and the gentle, effective care we received made a lasting impression on me. From a young age, I knew that this was the path I wanted to follow. The McTimoney Technique, with its precise and holistic approach, aligned perfectly with my values. It led me to pursue and complete a Master of Chiropractic (MChiro) degree, deepening my understanding of the body’s natural ability to heal.
