For the past 3 years the staff in Albania has assisted a few accountancy practices with payroll, bookkeeping and accounts preparation. Our staff is also fully trained to meet the requirements of the accountancy practices that require our services. Some of them are qualified accountant certified by the IFA. Our dedicated staff in Tirana are well trained in all aspects of payroll, including liaising with clients to obtain payroll information and processing the payroll on weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly basis. After confirming the payroll with the client, the Real-Time Information (RTI) is submitted and the client will receive a pay-run report via email. Every month the client will receive details via email of the PAYE due and instruction on how to settle the liability via bank transfer, direct debit or card payment. VIEW OUR SERVICES The bookkeeping process The bookkeeping process is carried out via cloud software, such as QuickBooks online and Dext and again our staff are fully trained on these cloud software. All paperwork is scanned via Dext or saved into the system, thereafter posted into QuickBooks online. Our staff have also undertaken some training in other accountancy cloud based software and can easily adapt to any practice’s needs. The staff are highly fluent in communicating with clients whether in English, Italian, Albanian or German. They are used to dealing HM Revenue and Customs by telephone on a daily basis, whether obtaining information or advising and updating clients details. All staff in Tirana have access to our on-going training program, in particular relating to Anti-Money Laundering. The training is carried out on a weekly basis and conducted by our UK based Staff to ensure that they are fully versed in the current UK Taxation rules and regulations. Previously, I had some experiences at various accounting offices, where I started to get used to and understand the process of accounting and bookkeeping. I am very happy to become part of the APA working team. Furthermore, I firmly believe that it is a big step forward for me at such a young age and will help me succeed in my professional goals and interpersonal relationships. Apart from that, since the age of 5 years old, I have been playing music. I am a pianist and keyboarder, serving for bands and young singers in live sessions and also organizing and taking part in various concerts, festivals and cultural events that include music. I am a fan of ’80s, ’90s and early 2000s rock n roll and hip-hop music. In addition to that I am a big football fan. I am regularly involved in a variety of activities focusing on bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT returns, monthly and quarterly reports, and financial statements for our clients. Prior joining APA, I gained experience in various companies, including an international company and a construction company. I hold a master’s degree in Accounting and Finance and i am currently pursuing the AFA certificate. In my free time i enjoy spending time outdoors and learning new things. Before joining APA Outsourcing, I worked for an international company involved in leading accountancy practices. With an MSc in Finance and Accounting, I am currently pursuing the AFA certification by the Institute of Financal Accountants and am enrolled in Prince2 training for Project Management. I look after my own clients, continue to grow my portfolio, and have also expanded the company over the last few years. I am fluent in three languages, including Italian and Albanian which enables me to assist both companies and individual clients in all areas of accountancy. My friendly manner and approachability ensure that clients feel at ease when talking through any issues. I became a Member of the IFA in March 2013, and a Fellow in 2016. My first branch meeting was in March 2013, when I attended the inaugural Essex branch (as it was then) meeting and found it to be informative and supportive to members, providing great CPD and the chance to network with professional colleagues. I am a Fellow Member of the Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA) as well as Chair of the IFA’s Member Advisory Committee (MAC), and Ambassador for the Essex Branch of the Institute. I enjoy keeping busy and, in particular, being able to look after and advise my varied client base, which includes small micro businesses to medium size clients, especially in this ever-changing world of compliance and tax changes. I make sure that clients are both fully informed and compliant, and that they take advantage of the tax breaks that are available to them. For the past 3 years the staff in Albania has assisted a few accountancy practices with payroll, bookkeeping and accounts preparation. Our staff is also fully trained to meet the requirements of the accountancy practices that require our services. Some of them are qualified accountant certified by the IFA. Our dedicated staff in Tirana are well trained in all aspects of payroll, including liaising with clients to obtain payroll information and processing the payroll on weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly basis. After confirming the payroll with the client, the Real-Time Information (RTI) is submitted and the client will receive a pay-run report via email. Every month the client will receive details via email of the PAYE due and instruction on how to settle the liability via bank transfer, direct debit or card payment. VIEW OUR SERVICES The bookkeeping process The bookkeeping process is carried out via cloud software, such as QuickBooks online and Dext and again our staff are fully trained on these cloud software. All paperwork is scanned via Dext or saved into the system, thereafter posted into QuickBooks online. Our staff have also undertaken some training in other accountancy cloud based software and can easily adapt to any practice’s needs. The staff are highly fluent in communicating with clients whether in English, Italian, Albanian or German. They are used to dealing HM Revenue and Customs by telephone on a daily basis, whether obtaining information or advising and updating clients details. All staff in Tirana have access to our on-going training program, in particular relating to Anti-Money Laundering. The training is carried out on a weekly basis and conducted by our UK based Staff to ensure that they are fully versed in the current UK Taxation rules and regulations.
