Our People Vincent Frostick FCCA FIoD Finst LM FCPA (Director)Managing Director As Managing Director of Beatons Accountants, Vincent Frostick has a vast experience of accountancy and audit work having worked for a number of private accountancy practices. He then spent time as a Senior Auditor with the National Audit Office working on Ministry of Defence projects undertaking significant large audit duties. By 2000 Beatons was experienced and knowledgeable in both the public and private sectors and was able to go forward to provide a responsive client focused service addressing the issues facing the public sector in taking forward a delivery of a service against a background of significant budget constraints. Vincent is a qualified ACCA Accountant and holds HND B2 in Financial studies. He has also been a school governor for five years at West Horndon Primary School and has experience in auditing and advising on school budgets for a number of years in a “no cost” basis. Vincent believes in putting customer care at the heart of Beatons Accountants, and by gaining a full and complete understanding of how important the demands of the client are and how this will provide workable plans, prompt delivery, and a value for money service. Simona Maxim Trainee Accountant I am a qualified Economist specialised in Financing and Accounting (BA) and have worked for Beatons for 2 years. I am currently studying to qualify as a Chartered Certified Accountant. I am in charge of preparing, filing and controlling the Limited company accounts for Beatons as a trainee accountant as well as controlling various areas of the business, like personal tax and overseeing our daily work in a managerial position.
