Ivan Hollingsworth Damon doesn't have hands he has wands- how he kept us on the road for 140 miles cycling followed by 140 running I still find incredible. Not only is this practical application impeccable (if at times incredibly painful!!) his knowledge understanding and explanation of what's going on and causing problems is second to none. I couldn't recommend him highly enough, I only wish I lived closer so he could put me back together more often!
