The Company started in a one room office, then moved to larger premises as the number of customers grew. Upon Lynne’s retirement in 2016, the company brought in Lisa Tilburn, who had previously worked with Lynne and Shaun, to continue to grow the business. We are qualified via the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP), right up to master’s degree level, so we do live and breathe payroll. Since establishment, the business has continued to grow, maintaining good working relationships with existing customers, many of which have grown with the company from inception to industry leaders now employing over 250 employees. 1st Choice Payroll Limited currently process over two hundred payrolls paid weekly, fortnightly, four weekly and monthly, and are a BACS Approved Bureau. We have over 61 years’ experience in payroll, covering the following areas (the list is by no means exhaustive): Payroll Input Payroll Processing Payroll Reporting Management Reporting Software implementation Payroll Audit and review of processes Payroll Projects Pension Auto Enrolment 1st Choice Payroll Limited realise the customer and their employees are the priority, making payments as accurately and on time as possible.
