(Hons) MCSP HCPC is highly specialised in sports and musculoskeletal conditions of over 15 years experience in both the NHS and now solely in the Private sector. She completed her undergraduate training at St Georges Medical school, University of London. She has completed further studies in Vestibular rehabilitation and Intra-articular joint Injections. Annie provides customised functional exercise programs to enhance your rehabilitation. She stays informed about the latest research to ensure she offers the most effective support. Annie employs a variety of treatments and techniques, including:- Manual therapy and joint mobilisations- Deep soft tissue release- Massage- Acupuncture and dry needling- Individualised exercise therapy- Post surgical recovery in line with protocols- Sports specific rehabilitation- Strength training- Corticosteroid joint Injections, for pain relief. - Vestibular rehabilitation Accepted Insurance companies Price ListInitial Assessment£60A 45 minute Initial Assessment service provides a comprehensive evaluation of your physical condition to develop a tailored treatment plan for optimal rehabilitation.Follow up appointment£55A 45 minute follow-up appointment service ensures that our physiotherapy patients receive continued care and support to aid in their recovery and overall wellbeing.30 minute Sports Massage£50A 30 minute Sports Massage at our physiotherapy clinic provides targeted treatment for athletes, aiding in injury prevention, muscle recovery, and performance enhancement.Injection Treatment£200An intra-articular (joint) or tendon injection is a treatment used to help reduce pain and inflammation. At your first appointment, we will assess your symptoms, explain the procedure, and discuss what to expect- before, during, and after the injection. The aim is to provide pain relief, improve mobility, and support your overall rehabilitation plan. This price is in addition to the initial appointment.Vestibular Rehabilitation Initial Assessment £80Vestibular rehabilitation is a specialised physiotherapy service aimed at improving balance and reducing dizziness and vertigo symptoms through targeted exercises and techniques.Vestibular Rehabilitation Follow-up Appointment£70A follow-up appointment is an important part of your vestibular rehabilitation journey. It allows your physiotherapist to check your progress, adjust your exercises, and address any new or ongoing symptoms.
