I specialise in deep tissue massage and dry cupping to help you get moving again and back to the activity that you love. Why have a sports massage? Sports massage isn't just for people who play sports or for athletes, it can help individuals of all ages with rehabilitation post op or injury and work or lifestyle related aches and pains. Sports massage can help to improve range of movement in the joints, reduce soreness caused by muscle tension, address aches and pains, prevent injuries and decrease levels of stress. Sports massage can also help to improve athletic performance for those who do engage in sports and can help you to recover quicker from any niggles you may pick up along the way. My approach I strongly believe that you are the expert - you know you! My approach is to get to know you better and to learn more about your level of activity, work or lifestyle, which may be contributing to your problem areas. This way we can work together to collaboratively work on your treatment goals and ensure you get back to moving well and comfortably. Our first appointment will be a consultation session with a treatment included to get your treatment plan off to a great start. All additional appointments will be a follow up to maintain your treatment plan, until you feel you can manage any ongoing issues at home.
