He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Ramsay Health Care UK in 2022, following his tenure as Chief Operating Officer from 2018. In addition, Nick is a Board member of the listed European healthcare company, Ramsay Santé, and is Chair of the Risk Committee. Since joining Ramsay, Nick has been instrumental in driving the strategic evolution of the UK business, including the successful national rollout of an Electronic Patient Record. His leadership has strengthened Ramsay’s position as a leading UK independent provider of both private and NHS care, operating 34 acute hospitals across England and delivering high-quality, integrated services through strong clinical partnerships and a culture of innovation. In March 2025, Nick also took on the role of Interim CEO at Elysium Healthcare, the UK’s leading independent provider of mental health services and part of the Ramsay Health Care group. Elysium operates over 95 specialist services across England and Wales, offering complex care in secure mental health settings, rehabilitation, CAMHS, learning disabilities and autism, as well as neurological services — spanning both inpatient and community care. Prior to joining Ramsay, Nick had eleven years of Director level experience in healthcare at regional operations, business transformation and business development levels, leading on major service delivery and business transformation programmes. Lis Neil Chief Strategy and Operations Officer Lis commenced her role as Chief Strategy and Operations Officer, Ramsay Health Care UK, on 1 March 2022 and is responsible for leading on the strategy, implementation and operational management of the Ramsay UK business. Lis was appointed Chief Operating Officer July 2023. Lis has been Ramsay UK’s Director of Strategy since 2019. Lis has senior level experience working in both the public and private sectors of UK Healthcare. Before moving to Ramsay, Lis was COO of a new oncology business start-up, Proton Partners International for two years. Prior to that, Lis held various Strategic and Operational Board roles in Nuffield Health for 12 years. Notably, Operations Director, and Chief Executive of Vale Healthcare Ltd, a Nuffield Health/Consultant hospital joint venture business. Lis started her career in the NHS and was Director of Commissioning of a Local Health Board, when she left to join Nuffield Health after 16 years. Lis has a track record of developing strong teams and is passionate about using leadership to achieve strategic and financial targets. She has a BA Hons degree. Tony Wilkinson Chief Financial Officer Tony joined Ramsay Health Care UK in January 2023 as Interim Chief Financial Officer. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer 10th July 2023. Tony is a fully qualified chartered management accountant with extensive experience of operating as a CFO across a variety of organisation types, holding the responsibility for the financial management, financial control and governance requirements of Companies. Most recently, Tony was CFO and COO within ISS Facility Services, a leading workplace experience and facility management company, listed on the Danish stock exchange. In the UK ISS provided facilities managements services across a number of NHS hospitals. Prior to ISS Tony was Country CFO for Spie in the UK, a French listed entity, providing technical engineering solutions across the built environment. A track record of working with leadership teams across organisations to optimise financial performance. Tim Pearl Development Director As Development Director, he is responsible for capital development, estate and facilities management in the UK. His 28 years of healthcare experience in capital planning and estate management includes positions within the NHS and the independent sector at HCA, UME, and BUPA, and senior positions within Classic Hospitals Group and Capio Healthcare. As part of the Executive Team he is responsible for the delivery of the capital development and facilities strategies and contributes to the performance and direction of the overall business. He has a MSc in Management and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. Mehdi Erfan General Counsel & Company Secretary Mehdi Erfan has been in post since January 2013. Mehdi has considerable experience of both the private healthcare sector and the NHS. He recently led for the entire independent hospital sector on the novel contracts with NHS England, in relation to the sector providing almost all its capacity to the NHS in response to Covid-19. These contracts were in place for over a year, allowing considerable support to patients. Mehdi is a member of the Expert Advisory Group, which developed the Medical Practitioners Assurance Framework, partly in response to the Paterson Inquiry. Mehdi is a Solicitor of many years standing - has a LLB (Hons) and a Masters of Arts, Comparative Business Law. Jo Dickson Chief Clinical and Quality Officer Jo joined Ramsay Health Care UK in November 2022 as Chief Clinical and Quality Officer, responsible for the leadership and strategic direction for clinical services in Ramsay Health Care UK. Jo is also the Caldicott Guardian. Prior to her appointment, Jo was Chief Nurse at NHS Digital with extensive knowledge of EPR systems and clinical pathway design. In this role, Jo has provided expert nursing leadership and clinical expertise as part of a multi-professional senior leadership. She has been responsible for Clinical Governance and operational management of teams across a breadth of services and specialty programmes, while working in partnership with both the Nursing and Transformation Directorates at NHS England. Jo is a registered nurse with a varied clinical background. She worked in neurosciences (including neurosurgery and critical care) and as a Pain Nurse Specialist in acute hospitals. She has held senior roles in clinical governance, as a clinical educator and in technology, working for much of her career in the NHS (spending several years at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust), as well as in the independent sector at Nuffield Health. Jo is a Caldicott Guardian and has chaired national and regional clinical networks. Jo has a master’s degree in Healthcare Leadership and is passionate about developing people and supporting professional practice. She has significant skill as a mentor and coach, and experience in developing organisations and leading transformation. Sanjeev Katwa Chief Digital & Information Officer Sanjeev Katwa joined Ramsay Health Care UK as Chief Digital & Information Officer in November 2024. As CDIO, Sanjeev is responsible for the company’s digital & technology strategy and the IT operational delivery & support functions. Prior to his appointment with Ramsay, Sanjeev was the Technology Director at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club where he was responsible for the Technology Strategy, IT Support & Delivery, Enterprise Technology and Digital Products functions. Sanjeev played a key role in leading the technology design, delivery and implementation for the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, one of the most technologically advanced and innovative multi-purpose stadiums in the world, which opened in April 2019. In a 25+ year career in sport, media and entertainment, Sanjeev has held senior technology roles at MTV, Sony Music and City Football Group where he built and led high performing teams to deliver tangible business benefits through the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions alongside effective business change programmes. Sanjeev also served as a board advisor for the Manchester Originals, a team competing in The Hundred cricket tournament. Angela Evans Chief Customer Officer Angela is Chief Customer Officer and has responsibility for leading the development and delivery of Ramsay UK’s marketing and customer strategies for all external stakeholders. Angela joined Ramsay UK in 2012 and was appointed to the Executive Board in 2014. Prior to joining Ramsay, Angela held a number of senior level roles in both the NHS and the private healthcare sector. With over 20 years’ experience in communications Angela has a track record of developing strong teams and is passionate delivering high quality services and customer excellence. Angela has an MSc in European Politics and Social Policy. Lisa Jefferies Chief People Officer Lisa Jefferies joined as Chief People Officer for the Ramsay Group in the UK on 6 February 2023. Lisa, previously Group HR Director at Audley Group, has a 25-year career as a HR professional across multiple industries including retail, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and the care sector. Lisa has experience of managing and working within; complex teams across multiple disciplines, managing care operations, environmental, social and governance leadership at board level. Lisa joins the team to help us to achieve our goals and growth plans in the UK. Group CEO & Managing Director Natalie Davis Natalie is an accomplished senior executive and leader with extensive experience driving large-scale strategic transformation, customer focus and growth. She commenced as Group CEO and Managing Director in December 2024. Most recently, she was Managing Director of Woolworths Supermarkets, where over the past four years she led a team of 130,000 across 1,000 supermarkets in Australia, with business revenue over $46 billion. During this time, Natalie led the team to innovate ranging and shopping experiences by leveraging data insights to tailor supermarkets to local customer needs. She also lifted team engagement and reduced staff turnover by empowering frontline teams through data insights and agile ways of working, as well as a focus on multi-skilling and meaningful hours of work. Doctors so helpful again making sure that my pain was under control. Physio explaining why I needed to do my exercises, helping me walk with crutches, ice packs at the ready, encouraging you even when you felt you could not do the exercises.
