And by the end of the session I’m all straight!Gill has helped me strengthen the areas I need to, while helping re-align and soothe my pain. To be clear, she is fantastic, but I also put in the work at home with the exercises she’s tasked me.If you need a physio she is brilliant. Her massage techniques are super, she does acupuncture, helps adjust and the list goes on. I have been having manual lymphatic drainage massages by Gill for 6 weeks now. I had surgery i had a lot of swelling and needed help draining my lymphatic system. She is amazing at her job and has so much knowledge on the lymphomatic system. After each manual drainage I always feel so much better and can always notice a big difference in swelling.
