Our mission is to restore movement, relieve pain, and empower individuals to live healthier, more fulfilling lives – all through the power of chiropractic care.Founded by Dr Adriana De Freitas Ludlow, The Chiropractic Studio was born from both personal experience and professional passion. Adriana graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2021, earning her qualification after 4 years of dedicated study and training.Adriana uses the Diversified technique, a comprehensive and hands-on approach that includes specific Chiropractic Adjustments, Joint Mobilisations, Soft Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Dry Needling, Rehabilitative Exercise Advice and more. Her treatments are tailored to each individual’s needs, ensuring the most effective care possible. She also has advanced training in supporting women throughout their pregnancy journey, helping to ease discomfort and support wellbeing at every stage.Her journey into chiropractic care was deeply personal. Growing up, Adriana witnessed first hand the debilitating effects of chronic back pain. Her father suffered for years – until a chiropractor’s intervention changed his life. Seeing the transformation not only sparked Adriana’s interest but also ignited a calling: to help others experience the same relief and renewed quality of life.At The Chiropractic Studio, Adriana brings this purpose to every treatment.
