Established on the South Coast in 2014, the clinic expanded in January 2017 incorporating Chiropractic care alongside a range of complimentary health care services based in Hampshire. After relocating back to Wiltshire in 2020, Philippa now operates a chiropractic clinic in Amesbury, Wiltshire. History of Acorn Health Chiropractic Clinic Philippa is first and foremost a chiropractor. The clinic holds two national awards from the Royal College of Chiropractors and I have held these awards every year since opening the clinic. The awards recognise clinical excellence and my commitment to developing a partnership with my patients and local community, alongside my commitment to clinical excellence, so you can be sure you are in safe hands with me. Following the Coronavirus Pandemic, and the subsequent impact on small business owners throughout the UK, Philippa made the decision to relaunch Acorn Health as a purely virtual service focusing on virtual health coaching. Since relocating back to her home county of Wiltshire, Philippa has opened a new chiropractic clinic in Amesbury, providing chiropractic care for anyone affected by back, neck, joint pain, muscle pain, headaches, migraines, sciatica and more. Patient Partnership Quality Mark (PPQM) The PPQM is a national award presented by the Royal College of Chiropractors’ Lay Partnership Group to recognise excellence in meeting our patients expectations. At the British Chiropractic Association Autumn conference 2022 Philippa was awarded the prestigious British Chiropractic Association’s “Chiropractor of the Year”! This award is presented to one UK chiropractor each year in recognition of outstanding achievements in the field of chiropractic. Philippa receiving the Heale Award from Peter Dixon, Chair of the Royal College of Chiropractors The RCC presented Philippa with the Heale Award for “Outstanding Post-Graduate Training Candidate” in 2013. This prestigious award recognises Philippa’s commitment to continued learning and the instigation of positive change in her clinic. Most notably, this award recognises Philippa’s significant contribution to the profession resulting in improved patient care and positive development for all chiropractors. In October 2017, Philippa was awarded runner-up “Business Personality of the Year” in the Havant Small Business Awards.
